Description
Invoice online, simply and easily through CS-Cart direct from the orders .
Within a few seconds and with very simple movements, you can transform your order into an Invoice, Invoice or Credit Invoice (uses a separate numbering for each case that you can define from the beginning).
You can check the details before printing it, on a separate invoice management page. Each invoice has ready-made text in the notes that informs which order it is about and you can fill in before issuing more information if you need to.
You can send the PDF of the invoice as an attachment with ready pre-declared text (which you can change as you wish through translations since the add-on is also multilingual) to your customer by creating the Invoice without any additional steps (when issuing, select send email to customer), or send it later in one step through the invoice screen after it has been issued.
The PDF file is automatically named by the Invoice number and the date of issue.
Within the management of each invoice there is the PDF of the invoice for download, while the customer can see and download all the invoices in his profile . You can delete a PDF invoice and reissue it with the same number if you have made a mistake without losing the numbering by simply deleting the PDF.
In the list of invoices you can search for an invoice with invoice number, order number, customer VAT number, name, dates, type of document,and if you are in the order screen you can open the invoice from within the order.
You can also create a credit invoice from an existing Invoice, as the corresponding credit invoice is created in one click from any Invoice,. In the notes area it reffers to the original invoice. It has its own natural numbering and the value amounts are negative in the list of total invoices.
The program also creates Excel list (not csv) with the invoices, a VAT list and a list of suppliers for each quarter, or for a month or for a year or for any interval you wish.
Finally, it has the possibility of managing multiple companies, with each one having its own numbering of invoices. For each company, you define the tax details, registered office, VAT, etc., the starting number of the invoice as well as the logo for the invoice.

All our Products work with standard CS-Cart installation. We guarantee to fix any bugs you face during add-on use.
In case of conflict with another third party Addon, Theme or Code modifications there might be additional custom development works and cost required, in order to adapt our add-on to your store. We will though offer Free of Charge Examination of any issue related to conflict with third party Addons, Themes or Code changes.
If you wish for us to install the product, then please choose that in the appropiate Option Field, we do not offer free Installation. All Discount Offers are on Product Prices not Installation or Upgrade services even if you choose them.
We do not release files automaticly after PayPal payment. All payments are checked manualy for online fraud and payment temper hacks, so during office hours (09.00 to 17.00) delivery will be occure withiin the hour, while after office hours or weekends and holidays it might take longer up ot 24 hours to deliver purchased files.
Existing Customers are entitled for an upgrade after the 3 month (90 days) period, (when Upgrades available or allowed) in a special price, 50% off of the current Addon Price, simply by emailing the Order number of their previous purchase.This discount option do not apply to Install surcharge, or 1 Year upgrade fee.!
When a new version appears, the upgade for all Addons can get up to 45 working days. There is no special order on upgrading them. Just ask as about the time needed for the Addon you need to upgrade.
When an addon is discontinued or replaced by a similar addon, we do not offer free upgrade or 50% dicounted upgraded, as long as we mention this in the new addon descreption.
The installation Service inclludes also a sample rule/product setup except the installation of the software. We do not provide any kind of settings or setup on third party Services (Google Analytics, Facebook API, etc) We only offer necessary actions on the CS-Cart Store and only. You need to provide all necessary info from third party services/sites that the installation requires.
It will always remain your responsibility to retain up to date back-ups of any data in connection with your web site. Always backup your site before any installation. (also when we provide installation)
