According to paragraph 5 of article 65 of Law 4446/2016, as amended and in force, from October 31st, 2025, businesses in Greece are required to accept instant payments.
With the Wordline Eurobank Addon you are given the ability to easily and securely accept instant payments through the IRIS service as a separate payment method.
Accept instant payments directly from your customers' bank accounts without a card, using the IRIS service from Worldline. No additional implementations are required for connection with DIAS as all necessary actions have been carried out by Worldline Greece.
The merchant and payer are notified in real-time about the transaction result, credited to the settlement account with a separate entry and at a different time from other transactions made with cards, and bear the business name as justification.

Your customers will have 3 minutes at their disposal to complete an IRIS transaction at your POS, using their partner bank's mobile app. In both cases they will need to use their Mobile Banking.

Together we can also offer you the installation and configuration service required by the bank (at least one successful test order payment) so that they can activate the mechanism for your store.

Installation Service
The usual installation time from our technical team is 24 to 48 hours from the day after sending the access codes, which varies depending on the current workload.
We do not undertake to update/complete terms, graphics, icons, texts and anything related to content in the store (including descriptions in the payment method) or registration forms/questionnaires of the business to the bank. We only undertake the technical part and the proper functioning of the connection with the bank. For everything else (even for the name of the payment method or bank icons) the owner is responsible to the bank and the law so that they meet the necessary texts and logos required.
Our communication with the bank is limited exclusively to the technical part of the implementation and the proper functioning of the addon. You should have applied to the bank and declared us as technical contact or provided us with the temporary codes if you have already made the application.
Our responsibility ends when the live codes from the bank are placed in the new payment method, whenever the bank sends them and always within a reasonable timeframe given the workload we have at that time.

In case of conflict with another third party Addon, Theme or Code modifications there might be additional custom development works and cost required, in order to adapt our add-on to your store. We will though offer Free of Charge Examination of any issue related to conflict with third party Addons, Themes or Code changes.
If you wish for us to install the product, then please choose that in the appropiate Option Field, we do not offer free Installation. All Discount Offers are on Product Prices not Installation or Upgrade services even if you choose them.
We do not release files automaticly after PayPal οor Credit Card payment. All payments are checked manualy for online fraud and payment temper hacks, so during office hours (09.00 to 17.00) delivery will be occure withiin the hour, while after office hours or weekends and holidays it might take longer up ot 24 hours to deliver purchased files.
Existing Customers are entitled for an upgrade after the 3 month (90 days) period, (when Upgrades available or allowed) in a special price, 50% off of the current Addon Price, simply by emailing the Order number of their previous purchase.This discount option do not apply to Install surcharge, or 1 Year upgrade fee.!
When a new version appears, the upgade for all Addons can get up to 45 working days. There is no special order on upgrading them. Just ask as about the time needed for the Addon you need to upgrade.
When an addon is discontinued or replaced by a similar addon, we do not offer free upgrade or 50% dicounted upgraded, as long as we mention this in the new addon descreption.
The installation Service inclludes also a sample rule/product setup except the installation of the software. We do not provide any kind of settings or setup on third party Services (Google Analytics, Facebook API, etc) We only offer necessary actions on the CS-Cart Store and only. You need to provide all necessary info from third party services/sites that the installation requires.
It will always remain your responsibility to retain up to date back-ups of any data in connection with your web site. Always backup your site before any installation. (also when we provide installation)
