Customers do not search the way catalogs are written. They type "exeis laptop mexri 500 evro", in greeklish, with spelling mistakes, with descriptions instead of product names. Classic search returns "0 results" and the customer leaves.

The AI Shopping Agent understands what the visitor is really asking for. It translates, corrects, applies the budget it was given, searches your catalog and suggests up to 3 products as cards showing price, availability and link. If the exact product does not exist, it suggests the closest one of the same kind — never unrelated products and never invented ones.

The conversation has memory: the customer can ask "which one has the better screen?" or "how much is the first one?" and the assistant answers about the products it just showed — even if they changed page in the meantime. The conversation survives refreshes and navigation for 24 hours.

The assistant also answers questions about the store — payment methods, shipping cost, returns, contact, terms of use — by automatically reading the content pages of your CS-Cart. You never write anything twice: whatever your pages say, the assistant knows.

Running cost is minimal: it uses the economical Claude Haiku model with prompt caching, at a typical cost of a few thousandths of a euro per message, with built-in per-visitor usage limits to protect against abuse.
