Description

Klaviyo delivers higher open rates, click rates, and ROI than traditional email tools — but only when it has full visibility into what each visitor does in your store.

This addon builds that bridge: it sends every significant traffic and sales event from CS-Cart to Klaviyo automatically, so you can build automations that know the complete history of each customer.

Tracking works on both layers:

  • Client-side (via klaviyo.js): monitors real-time behavior inside the visitor's browser — page views, add-to-cart, checkout initiation.
  • Server-side (via Klaviyo REST API): reliably delivers critical events that ad blockers cannot intercept, including completed orders, shipments, and profile updates.

The addon also generates an XML product feed fully compatible with Klaviyo Catalog, enabling dynamic product recommendations inside emails and back-in-stock automations.

For Multi-Vendor stores, each vendor can operate under a separate Klaviyo account with storefront-level settings.

  5. Cron-based regeneration: the XML feed rebuilds automatically on a scheduled interval (e.g. nightly).
  6. Multi-language support: select the language used for product feed content.
  7. Multi-Vendor / Multi-Storefront: separate API keys and lists per vendor or storefront.
  8. Full server-side security: critical events are sent using your Private API Key from the server, never exposed in the browser.
  9. Ad blocker resistant: server-side events reach Klaviyo even when the visitor blocks klaviyo.js.
  10. Ready for all Klaviyo Flows: after installation, the events required for every common automation are immediately available — welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, and back-in-stock.

All our Products work with standard CS-Cart installation. We guarantee to fix any bugs you face during add-on use.

In case of conflict with another third party Addon, Theme or Code modifications there might  be additional custom development works and cost required, in order to adapt our add-on to your store. We will though offer Free of Charge Examination of any issue related to conflict with third party Addons, Themes or Code changes.

If you wish for us to install the product, then please choose that in the appropiate Option Field, we do not offer free Installation. All Discount Offers are on Product Prices not Installation or Upgrade services even if you choose them.

We do not release files automaticly after PayPal οor Credit Card payment. All payments are checked manualy for online fraud and payment temper hacks, so during office hours (09.00 to 17.00) delivery will be occure withiin the hour, while after office hours or weekends and holidays it might take longer up ot 24 hours to deliver purchased files.

Existing Customers are entitled for an upgrade after the 3 month (90 days) period, (when Upgrades available or allowed) in a special price, 50% off of the current Addon Price, simply by emailing the Order number of their previous purchase.This discount option do not apply to Install surcharge, or 1 Year upgrade fee.!

When a new version appears, the upgade for all Addons can get up to 45 working days. There is no special order on upgrading them. Just ask as about the time needed for the Addon you need to upgrade.

When an addon is discontinued or replaced by a similar addon, we do not offer free upgrade or 50% dicounted upgraded, as long as we mention this in the new addon descreption.

ATTENTION:

  • All our offers concern only the purchase of the product and not Installation or Upgrade services, even if you select them.
  • The installation service usually includes, when permitted by the addon, the creation of an example in addition to the basic installation, while it does not include any work outside the CS-Cart store (e.g. Google, Facebook, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • If codes from a third-party service are required for the installation of the addon, you are responsible for creating and providing them, so that the installation is completed correctly. We do not undertake any work on third-party services for creating codes, service settings, etc.
  • Support for any kind of problem is provided exclusively only by sending an email with detailed documentation, and always within working days and hours, i.e. between Monday - Friday and 09:00 - 17:00. We do not provide support nor do we record problems over the phone. There must be complete documentation and ONLY via email.
